sooo I have been painstakingly researching the latest CoVid-19 test options in Berlin Kreuzberg and Neukölln - heck if the price and timeframe is right I would even go to - gasp - Mitte- but since this was a slightly tedious process I thought I would share what I've found thus far (updated as of March 24, 2021).

I personally recieved a FREE 'Bürgertest' (each resident of Germany is supposedly entitled to one of these per week?) it was quick, easy and almost painless (except when they tickled my brain with that brush!) here are the details:
